Basic Fixes:
- Upgrade the Samsung Max plan: If you use the Samsung Max basic plan, you will see ads when using the app services. If you frequently use the app, upgrade your Samsung Max plan to an ad-free one.
- Disable the Samsung Max app: If you no longer require the Samsung Max app, disable it from the Settings menu. This way, the app will still be installed but not run on your Samsung Galaxy device unless enabled.
Fix 1: Disable Appear on Top Permission for Samsung Max

Step 1: Long-press the Samsung Max app and tap on the i button.
Step 2: Here, tap on Appear on top. Ensure the Allow permission toggle is turned off.
Fix 2: Turn off Samsung Max Notifications
Although you have stopped Samsung Max lock screen ads, you may continue to see them in the notification center. To prevent this, turn off the relevant Samsung Max notifications categories on your Samsung Galaxy phone. Here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Long-press the Samsung Max app and tap on the i button to open the app Settings. Then, tap on Notifications.
Step 2: Here, tap on Notification categories. Turn off the toggle for the relevant notification categories.
