Method 1: Use Shared With Me in Google Drive for Web
Step 1: Open the browser, go to Google Drive, and click the Shared with me link in the sidebar.
Step 2: Click to select a file to save in your Google Drive account. You can also select multiple files using Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac).
Step 3: Right-click on it and select Make a copy from the menu. Google Drive will create a copy of files on your account.
Method 2: Google Drive for Android and iOS
Step 1: Launch Google Drive on your Android or iPhone and select the Shared tab at the bottom.
Step 2: Tap the three vertical dots menu beside a shared file.
Step 3: Select Make a copy to save it to your Drive account. You can also select Download to save it to your phone’s storage.
